Reflections is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provides compassionate and dignified care whileguiding residents through their activities of daily living
- Connects with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
- Engages in continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiences
- Complies with all rules and regulationsregarding confidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information
- Performs any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love,compassion, and dignity
