AVERAGE DAY AS AN APPRENTICE SERVICE WRITERYou typically work from
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
As an Apprentice Service Writer, you play a vital role in the operations of our dealership, ensuring that our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. You cheerfully greet clients as you answer incoming calls, address any questions, and expertly schedule appointments. You're the bridge between our customers and our talented technicians, translating client needs into detailed work orders that keep our service bays humming.
When the repairs are complete, you handle billing with finesse, leaving our customers with a sense of satisfaction and trust in our dealership. You love the thrill of working with our diverse clientele and the pivotal role you play in our success!
QUALIFICATIONS- Basic understanding of auto mechanics and the ability to identify appropriate repairs for vehicle problems
- Basic math skills
You should be an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport. You're a puzzle master who keeps things organized and our records accurate.
