Black Meadow Landing located in Parker Dam "Lake Havasu", is a family friendly RV Resort with a positive work environment. Become part of our team and contribute to making a beautiful place for snowbirds and summer weekenders to enjoy.
This position is $16.00/hour. Up to 30 hours a week. This position is year-round but open to discuss a workamping seasonal position. Position includes RV site for on site living if needed.
Requirements
- Cleaning of rental units (Hotel rooms, Park Models and Mobile Homes).
- Daily check out cleaning
- Daily check in setup
- Laundry from rental units
- Seasonal deep cleaning
Daily cleaning of:
- Laundry Room
- Office
- Recreation Rooms
- Bathrooms
- Shower Rooms
What we need from you: - Must have great communication skills
- A kind demeanor
- Upbeat outgoing personality
- Be an expert listener
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Work weekends and Holidays
- Ability to read maps
- Be able to stand and walk throughout your shift
- Flexible schedule
- Able to monitor park standards and ensure positive guest interactions throughout the park reporting to the resort manager.
