And submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs advanced and specialized facilities maintenance and repair activities including installing and maintaining plumbing, replacing stools, urinals, sinks, faucets and pipes, replacing floor and ceiling tiles. Maintains heating and air conditioning systems to ensure units are running properly. Maintenance and repairs to office equipment and furniture, maintains adequate lighting structures. Performs a variety of duties to support facility operations, removing snow, ice, and debris.QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required and two years of facilities maintenance experience. Knowledge of general sanitation, environmental safety and maintenance techniques, preventive repair and maintenance practices. Skill in maintaining and repairing facilities, structures and equipment.
