ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SECURITY
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an Assistant Director of Security. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Security team, the Assistant Director of Securityworks across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist the Geneal Manager, Resort Manager and Director of Security provide a safe and profitable environment for Guests, Homeowners, Employees and Visitors to the property. Perform general duties and administrative duties for Operation's Security Department, which include, but not limited to, the following:
- Supervise, train and motivate Department supervisors to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities.
- Supervise, train and motivate Department employees to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities.
- Create and Manage department budget needs yearly.
- Supervise the Security Training Officer, assist with training budget needs yearly.
- Perform Director of Security role during vacations or absences.
- Assist the Director of Security implement and perform Crisis plans.
- Assist the Director of Security with employee payroll, scheduling, vacation and sick calls.
WHAT TO BRING - Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Possess a State of Hawaii Guard Card
- Be willing to become certified as an Emergency Medical Response responder
- Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
