Were looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who can contribute to JMs continued and ongoing digital expansion and growth. Youll be working with business to facilitate functional and user testing to ensure it meets the requirements.
As the Senior Delivery Manager, you will be leading multiple multi-disciplinary teams, helping them organise and plan their work, ensuring they deliver products and services to meet users' needs. Youll be working with the business and the solution development team to design, develop and communicate solution options.

You will work alongside delivery leads, software engineers, automated testers, designers, and architects. **Your responsibilities:**
* Guide business stakeholdersproduct ownersproduct managers in the formulation and promotion of the business vision, as appropriate.
* Modelling As is and To be scenarios using a wide range of techniques; identifying opportunities, risks and impacts and working with teams to explore solutions.
* Work with the business and the solution development team to formulate and communicate solution options.
* Facilitate clear and timely communication between business, technical and leadership participants in the delivery cycle.
* Ensure the high-quality definition, analysis, and management of requirements through the requirements lifecycle
**Requirements for the role:**
* We understand the perfect candidate doesnt exist! But to succeed in this role, youll probably have all or a combination of:
* Experience of documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence, from the high-level Key features (Epics) breaking them down into manageable user stories with agreed Acceptance Criteria is essential.
* Ability to break Epics into meaningful User Stories and agreeing User Story prioritisation to deliver high value items early.
* Knowledge of Safe / Agile / Scrum SDLC processes e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum
* Experience of working collaboratively with business in documenting requirements clearly
* The ability to influence, present and share key updates with the board, management, your team, and user audiences in numerous ways.
