As the Vendor Network Support Engineer, you will hold a pivotal position in the maintenance, optimization, and expansion of our network infrastructure, all while delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals who excel not only in advanced TCP/IP network troubleshooting but also possess a robust background in customer service, SFTP, VPN, and AWS cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to grasp their network requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design, implement, and sustain secure and scalable network infrastructures.
  • Utilize Terraform, Kubernetes, Pulumi, and other automation tools to streamline network operations.
  • Configure and oversee VPN connections to ensure data confidentiality and integrity, debugging VPN and ensuring connectivity
  • Deploy and manage SFTP servers for secure file transfers.
  • Leverage AWS cloud services to augment network capabilities and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in network infrastructure.
  • Proactively monitor network performance and security, implementing preventive measures as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in TCP/IP network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Extensive experience with SFTP, VPN technologies, and AWS cloud services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience working within a healthcare or clinical environment (bonus)


Pay rate is based on experience but ranging from $50-65/hour
