A prestigious and well-established San Diego firm is seeking an attorney with general liability and civil litigation experience, offering excellent work/life balance with low billables and generous bonuses. The associate would focus on transportation matters (including catastrophic loss, personal injury, cargo claims, products liability, and research and advice regarding regulatory compliance) and a broad range of business litigation matters.
Highlights:
- Billables: Only 1500 hours to be eligible for bonuses
- Generous bonus structure associates earn 50% of profits and typically bring in 1/3 of their base salary
- Salary range:$120,000 -- $175,000 DOE

Required Qualifications:
-Licensed to practice law in California
-At least 3 years of law practice in a law firm setting in civil litigation, general liability, insurance, personal injury, product liability, or business litigation
