JCW Search is currently partnered with a large and growing national pharmacy seeking a Director of Research and Development to join the team. This position would report into the groups VP of Manufacturing and manage a team of managers.
Day to day you will:
- Work as a company expert in the formulations space, guiding a team of direct reports and strategic planning for the company as a whole
- Collaborate with manufacturing and business development teams to ensure product development meets all stakeholder expectations
- Operate under a CGMP mandated facility and work within FDA guidelines
To be successful you should have:
- 10+ years of experience within formulating pharmaceuticals across different dosage forms
- Experience in a director level position manage a team of leaders
- Experience in Compounding or Generic Pharma products
