Responsibilities
- Ensure effective programs in safety, cost control and reporting, and manpower training, development, and utilization.
- Direct and/or recommend necessary changes to plant pro cesses, equipment, or procedures to meet operational objectives.
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors and the human resources department to see that all aspects of personnel policy are equitably administered and that an effective training program for all personnel is established and in effect.
- Coordinate resources to ensure appropriate records and records management systems are in place to support maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence within planning, scheduling, and field performance activities to established maintenance procedures and regulatory standards for installation and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (REQUIRED)
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 10 years of maintenance engineering experience
- Experience with reliability and mechanical integrity programs
