* Receipt & Inspection of Raw Material (Fresh, Frozen & Pre- Ground)
* Receive bill of lading
* Inspection of Raw Material
* Pallet / Dunnage Handling Procedure (Disposal / Recycling)
* Load / Unload Hopper
* Grind Operation (Controls, Breakdown, & Preventive Maintenance)
* Cleaning In Place (CIP) Grind Operation
* Flow Plate Process (connection secure)
* Visible inspection of hoses and connection elbows
* No visible leakage
* CIP flow connection
* Safe unloading of raw material from tractor trailer
* Connection of tanker to pump/flow plate transfer to grinder
* Monitor transfer process
* Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards
* Daily- Weekly-Monthly Process Checklist
* Technical Components:
* Forklift Certification
* Hoist Operation
* Scale verification and calibration
* Proficient use of production Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) colored coded tool process
* Read applicable gauges (Thermometers)
* Ability to run touch panels and control screens
* Understand process flow and interaction of equipment
* High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
* Experience in food manufacturing is preferred
* GMP, Hygienic Practices knowledge is preferred
* Good communication skills
* Unrestricted range of motion, self-motivated, initiative, team player, color discrimination, odor sensitive, and texture perception, depth perception, safety & hygiene & quality conscious
* Frequent safe lifting of up to 50lbs is required
* Working in cold environment is required
* Basic math skills
* Basic reading & comprehension skills
