Digital Marketing Specialist


Job Details

The ideal candidate will collaborate with both the marketing and franchise development teams to develop and deploy omnichannel creative content and optimize strategies to attract potential franchisees.

Responsibilities

  • Content Management Lead the creation, editing and maintenance of all social and email marketing channels to develop compelling and engaging content. Other channels to be determined and as needed. Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to ensure brand consistency across all franchise-related content. Deliver creative content in the form of copy, images, and video.
  • Social Media - create overall strategy for organic social media for franchise development, develop social media content and create monthly marketing calendars based on overall strategy. Write, design, build and schedule posts in all channels. Keep current on industry trends in social media for franchise development.
  • Channel and Audience Targeting - Perform research on current benchmark trends across franchise development/brand audience preferences using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates on managed campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Recommend strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Competitive Research - monitor competitive activity across all social media platforms and report monthly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brands, shared services, operations and franchise sales to ensure seamless integration of content and campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
  • Continuous Learning - Stay updated on franchise industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing techniques to ensure our brands remain competitive.
  • Other projects or responsibilities as needed.

  • Qualifications


    • Bachelor s Degree (marketing or related franchise experience preferred)
    • 2-3 years digital marketing experience, preferably within a service or franchise organization
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Proficiency in design and marketing CRM software (i.e. Canva, Adobe, Sprout Social) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
    • Experience editing audio and video for short form and podcasts preferred.
    • Highly proactive, self-starter individual who can work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, and maintain great relationships.
    • Creative mindset and problem solver
    • Team player and collaborative, ability to influence others.
    • Organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, see the big picture and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentations, phone skills.
    • Excellent time management, project management, meeting multiple deadlines.
    • Ability to travel, as needed, to team meetings or company/industry conferences.
