A nonprofit organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their growing Adult Recovery Program as their new Program Director.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Community-based Recovery Center
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Responsibilities:
The Program Director (LCSW) - Adult Recovery Services will:
- Oversee and coordinate delivery of quality care through the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct supervision of project staff in coordination with Outcomes Evaluation and other Executive staff
- Assist in fidelity assessment of project interventions
- Keep all required records and reports
- Ensure comprehensive adherence to all required activities
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in social services, preferably working with adult and/or geriatric populations.
- Master's Degree
- NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Previous experience in a Leadership role overseeing a Clinical staff team
- Experience working with the Adult and/or Geriatric population
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
