Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor assists the Store Manager + Assistant Store Manager in optimizing sales + client advisors, while ensuring a top-tier shopping experience while maintaining operational and visual standards. This role involves mentoring the sales team, addressing customer needs, and contributing to recruitment and training efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational tasks and sales objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and direct the sales team.
- Assist in sales advisor recruitment and training.
- Manage client relationships and address customer complaints.
- Conduct product knowledge training and gather feedback.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and enforce brand procedures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of retail experience, specializing in RTW and/or Runway pieces.
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong clienteling skills and customer service focus.
- Familiarity with VM reporting and rotations.
- Fashion-savvy with excellent presentation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role is located in NYC with a base salary of $60-65K. Commission Eligible.
