Nestled on the shores of Lake Lanier lies Lanier Island Resort an island destination spread out across 1200 acres unlike any resort in Georgia. Our property features 282 guest rooms, indoor/outdoor meeting spaces, golf course, multiple dining options, nature trails, and other points of interest.
What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Greeter to join our team! The Greeter is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for greeting each guest as they arrive to the restaurant. They will also support the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Host, it is your responsibility to set the tone for the guests visit, you are the first and last contact they have. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:
- Welcome EVERY guest with a warm and friendly smile.
- Assists with small children seating.
- Promptly answer the phone within three rings.
- Efficiently coordinate seating patterns.
- Thank the guests as they leave and invite them back.
- Be knowledgeable about the Hotel & the Islands.
- Assist with Room Service orders and To Go orders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Performs other tasks as directed
- Works with a high sense of urgency at all times
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
- Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills
