The Retail Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding dealer relationships & organic growth. This position will support dealers and work with sales support staff to maintain all brand programs, volume requirements and image standards.
**JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES**
* Maintain good relationships with dealers (customers and prospects) through phone calls, emails & personal visits.
* Growing territory through personal sales activities
* Understand the economics & gross profit of a deal, for each individual dealer (consignment, commission and by the load), and work with sales support on pricing.
* Understand all current & new industry related technology requirements.
+ Help sales support with brand standards in assigned territory.
+ Communicate brand standards and programs to dealers.
* Maintain sales pipeline through CRM.
* Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelors degree is preferred.
* Previous retail dealer sales experience is desired.
* Extensive travel including overnights is required.
