The Position

• Manage the work of quality control and quality assurance staff within the plant to ensure full compliance to all Quality related policies, procedures and practices
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture, both which are core values of everyone at the company
• Responsible for ensuring that products meet customers' quality standards
• Coordinates quality training for employees to ensure all individuals have the required level of knowledge
• Strong Base Compensation + bonus, as well as solid benefits (PTO, Medical/Dental and 401k)
