Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
- LSW licensure required; LCSW or LICSW strongly preferred.
- Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.
- Dementia and Alzheimer's Experience is a plus.
