Job Title: Unracker
Reports To: Team Leader, following the direction of the Paintline Manager.
Shift/Hours: 5 am- 5 pm (Rotating Shift)
Salary: 19.47 per hour
We are currently seeking a dedicated Paintline Unracker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that all painted parts are carefully and safely removed from the paintline and prepared for the next stage of production. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support the production process.
- Set up bake ovens based on product specifications and requirements.
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with setup and teardown of equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols to perform tasks safely and effectively.
- Report any defects or issues to Team Leader/Management.
- Record and maintain accurate records of oven temperatures and production data.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
What You Will Need: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials.
- Must pass company background check and drug screen.
