**Description**
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionally exhibit and maintain all aspects of Six Flags Mantra
Manage team member breaks in alignment with park, state, and federal labor law guidelines
Maintain organization and cleanliness of all areas within the section
Maintain all Park standards by enforcing Park policies and procedures
Supervise and provide outstanding leadership to all team members
Track and manage staffing levels to ensure real-time optimization
Enforce and exhibit all uniform and grooming standards
Perform safety checks in all Retail locations
Other duties as assigned
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Retail Supervisors
Reports to senior Retail & Games leadership
Minimum Requirements
High energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude
Reliable transportation that supports an early morning shift start and/or late evening shift end
One year of leadership experience working within retail or comparable service industry preferred
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Able to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
Able to work in a team environment and have the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership
