**Job Description**
**Schedule**: M-F, 7am-5pm...mandatory Saturdays during the warmer busier months (Saturdays: 7am to around 3pm).
**Rate**: $16/hr
- Embrace and follow safe work practices at all times
- Work effectively **outside in various weather conditions**
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Evaluate and sort pallets
- Safely use pneumatic nail guns
- Ensure proper inventory procedures and reporting are followed
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- May work to support production or yard operations on a short term or fill in basis.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure quality is maintained
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Familiarity working with power tools is a plus
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Comfortable working with target rates of prodcution
