**Product Support Sales Representative Responsibilities**

* Call on customers and possible customers on a regular basis to sell parts and service maintenance contracts

* Ensure communications to customers and possible customers are regular and that follow-up is made

* Complete all required paperwork correctly and on time

* Communicate frequently with manager

* Follow up to ensure that all aspects of sales and rental transactions are correct and completed on time

* Act as liaison between KSMI and customers in all aspects of customer relations

**Product Support Sales Representative Qualifications**

* Three years sales related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry

* High school education or equivalent, post secondary education a plus

* Demonstrated knowledge of heavy equipment

* Computer literacy

* Clean driving record and valid drivers license

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-directed; ability to work without close supervision
