** Laborer $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS, Site Division**
Louisville, KY 40245
**Purpose**
The ***Laborer*** is responsible for completing construction projects as assigned.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Work closely with Foreman and team members to ensure construction projects are completed to specifications and in a timely manner.
* Carry out construction projects such as building and setting concrete forms, pouring, mixing and finishing concrete in a professional manner.
* Renovating and remodeling commercial and residential structures (wood frame and prefabricated metal) as well as all of the standard trade work that goes with that (i.e. glazing, stairs, setting doors, etc.)
* Unload and load construction materials.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Must be flexible and willing to learn and use new skills quick.
**Education and Experience**
* One year construction experience required.
* One year framing experience.
* Willing to work long hours if necessary.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks wit minimum supervision.

**Sign on bonus dispersed in three installments over the course of the first 180 days of employment. Applicable taxes and withholdings will apply. A rehired Team Member must have a termination date greater than two (2) years for a referral bonus to apply. Team Member will not be eligible if he/she has received disciplinary action or unexcused absences during the increment period. Eligible candidates for sign on bonus must be hired between March 15th 2021 and April 5th 2021.*
