Executive Assistant


Job Details

Job Duties:
* Manage the CEO and Founder's calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings
* Oversee travel coordination (domestic and international)
* Provide support for email management and coordination of conferences
* Draft correspondence, agendas, reports, and presentation decks
* Handle expense reports and invoicing
* Assist with additional projects as assigned

Requirements:
* MUST have 4+ years of executive assistant experience (supporting senior leadership)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous industry experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a plus!

Additional Info:
* Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
* Location: Hybrid - 1x remote per week
* Type: Direct Hire with full benefits
