**Duties and Responsibilities**
**The Regional Manager**
**Duties include:**
Lead a team of 5-10 Account Executive and in an assigned territory who will be responsible for developing long-lasting partnerships with Brokers
Lead, coach and mentor an outside sales force: this will include positive motivation and performance evaluation, coaching, providing regular feedback, communication of goals, leading regular team calls, etc.
Recruit, retain and develop the necessary team within your region to ensure your team and region succeed in achieving results
Maintain clear communication lines and a sense of camaraderie with sales team from a distance
Develop, implement and attain regional sales objectives. Manage the team to meet/exceed new prospect sales and retention goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Maintain an expert level of understanding of all products and services offered by LendSure
Must have the ability to determine if a loan prospect will conform to the Company's loan parameters and meets its underwriting guidelines
Act as an effective liaison between borrowers, brokers, referral sources, and inside staff related to Credit, Processing and Closing requirements
Deliver the highest levels of service to both the external customers as well as internal support staff
Develop and execute sales plan based on monthly, quarterly, and annual production standards. Work with owners and others they may designate to increase performance and exceed production volumes established by the Company
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of the Company's lending programs, policies, procedures and demonstrate a commitment to professional ethics
Provide feedback regarding loan products and pricing of local competitors to ensure that the Company remains competitive with current market conditions
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
MS Office skills and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Five (5) or more years of experience in real estate lending as a Loan Originator
Demonstrated knowledge of the Non-QM lending industry, including processing, underwriting, closing and funding loans
Proven track-record as a Regional Manager with a Non-QM lender.
Strong oral presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to organize and prioritize, manage and perform multiple tasks
Must have strong analytical ability, exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence
Experience with technology supporting sales management, marketing, pricing, initial underwriting, pipeline management loan performance tracking
Ability to work independently and responsibly with little supervision, but also well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus
