**THE POSITION:**
* Enter previous day's paperwork into the company software.
* Organize technician's schedules for the next day's work.
* Answer inbound customer phone calls.
* Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
* Make outbound collection calls.
* Sell services to inbound callers.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Previous phone experience.
* Basic computer skills.
* Provide friendly customer service and answer customers' questions.
* Ability to pass a background and drug test.
* Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
