Seeking a client service associate to join a large and growing Registered Investment Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door
You will be responsible for supporting the firm s Portfolio Managers. Ensuring the smooth functioning of all non-trading processes. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy dealing with clients, your position is the contact for service-related needs with ultra high net worth clients.
Your role:
- Interacting with banking and other counterparty relationships to solve operational issues.
- Opening new accounts with various banks, reviewing fund subscription documents, and preparing due diligence requests.
- Providing exceptional service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business, finance or related degree required.
- 2 plus years of experience within a financial services firm covering operations or client services
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Skilled multi-tasking, follow-up, and managing priorities effectively.
- Fully bilingual Spanish and English.
