The Ford Agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the successful and team-oriented membership department of a growing association. The Membership Associate will build relationships with an elite group of directors and C-Suite executives, support membership initiatives and provide excellent service to its valued members.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build strong relationships with board members and C-Suite executives
- Communicate regularly with members; informing them of benefits, daily activities, and answer their inquiries
- Oversee the process for new member applications and renewals
- Collaborate with team members to create strategies for engagement and retention
- Identify trends to drive utilization and tailored support to members
- Ensure revenue growth and track progress against goals
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years professional experience with sales, client management, customer service, fundraising or communications
- CRM, Salesforce, or data management experience highly preferred
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
