We operate over 200 orthodontic clinics across 20 states and excel at providing exceptional patient care.What We Offer* Competitive salary* Medical, dental, vision and life insurance* Short and long-term disability coverage* 401(k) plan* 3 weeks paid time off in your first year + paid holidays* Discounts on braces and Invisalign for you and your family membersWhat You'll Do* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business intentions and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with BI strategy.* Contribute to the maturation of processes, tools, standards, and methodologies within the BI domains, with a focus on Power BI and Snowflake integration.* Support the integration of BI solutions with business process areas to enhance decision-making capabilities.* Develop and maintain BI solutions using Power BI and Snowflake, adhering to industry best practices, and leveraging advanced functionalities.* Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the BI landscape.* Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Power BI and Snowflake-related initiatives.* Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI space, particularly with Power BI and Snowflake, incorporating them into our strategy where appropriate.* Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure effective data management and governance practices, specifically within the Power BI and Snowflake environments.What You'll Need* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field of studies or four (4) years of relevant equivalent experience* Three (3) years working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012, or newer versions* One (1) year of experience managing complex, multi-platform BI environments (Snowflake, SQL, etc.)* Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and constraints.* Intermediate experience working in scrum environment and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.* Advanced experience in Business Intelligence development, with expertise in Power BI and hands-on experience with Snowflake.* Intermediate experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).* Intermediate expertise in developing reports, datasets, and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.This is the perfect opportunity to grow with an expanding organization!
