Job Title: Hospitality Clerk
Location: DlA Piper 444 W Lake St Suite 900, Chicago, IL 60606
Shift: 7 Am - 4 Pm (Mon - Fri)
Duration: 4 Months (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities:
This is DLA Piper.
Seeking professional appearance and business acumen.
Candidate must be fully vaccinated. It is for a LOA and until atleast the end of July if not longer with possibility of remaining.
The primary responsibilities would be in the Hospitality department assisting with setting up and breaking down beverage/food service for conference/meetings, stocking/cleaning kitchen and pantry areas, placing food orders, decorating for events, etc., and possibly light reception duties (answering phones/greeting guest).
Lifting is 20-30 lbs. but can call for assistance if needed.
The candidate should have customer service experience, work in a team environment, have an upbeat/pleasant demeanor.
Dress code is Business casual.
Report to DLA Piper 444 W Lake St Suite 900, Chicago, IL 60606 and no parking is provided or reimbursed.
Use public transit. We are near public transportation (CTA Green Line, Metra (Ogilve Stattion) and there are paid parking lots (employees personal expense) in the area.
