Invenex Search is partnered with a global oncology biopharma client with a market cap north of $20B, focused on antibody therapeutics for cancer. We are searching for a (Senior) Translational Data Scientist.
The client is based in New Jersey, and will require a weekly on-site presence. As a result, we will support relocation with a financial package that can be utilised inside 12 months of your start-date.
Responsibilities
- You will contribute to several clinical development programs to help identify appropriate biomarkers, mechanisms of action, and new indications
- Utilising various cutting-edge data science tools; AI, ML, Deep Learning, etc.
- You will work on the following data types; clinical response, tumor transcriptomic/genetic data as well as imaging and circulating biomarkers to support various drug candidates
- You will help design, expansion, and maintenance of internal data curation and analysis pipelines.
- You will stay up to date and contribute to various scientific literature - scientific publications are encouraged in this group.
What do we need from you?
- You hold a MS or PhD degree in computational sciences with a strong background in immunology, oncology, or biology, or vice versa.
- You have good knowledge and understanding of data science approaches including machine and deep learning; application in imaging domain (H&Es, IHC, radiomics) a plus.
- You have applied experience in clinical trials in the oncology setting.
- You have a strong knowledge and practical experiences with high density data types in a clinical setting (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, flow cytometry, TCR sequencing, immune assays, etc).
- Machine and Deep Learning expertise is a requirement
