Lead Electrical Maintenance Manager

This company is looking for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee, manage and supervise various functions to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment. Focus:
- and coordinate the activities of subordinate supervisors, focusing on safe and efficient operations.
- production plans and manage schedules to ensure continuous operations.
- compliance with safety, operating, and regulatory standards.
- work units to achieve production targets and objectives.
- with other departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, etc.) to optimize production processes.
- supervise and support first-line or shift supervisors in their management roles.
Skill Set:
High School diploma or GED with seven (7) years of relevant operational experience, including supervisory roles, or a Bachelor s degree in a technical field with three (3) years of relevant experience.
Preferred candidates will have a background in electrical maintenance in either a manufacturing or mining setting.
Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Candidates must be willing to work in a mine/plant setting, which may involve exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, and other potentially hazardous conditions.
Personal protective equipment is required on the job.
