TITLE: Business Systems Analyst
LOCATION: Onsite, Wilsonville, Oregon
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $100-120k base + performance bonus
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
WHAT YOU LL BE DOING
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement as well as gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications. This position will work closely with business leadership and IT teams to define and document system processes and functionality.
WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years experience designing and implementing functional systems and data in a structured process.
- Advanced knowledge of standard Business System Analyst principles and practices
- Small company experience, and able to do all BSA duties.
- Ideal candidate is a Swiss army knife, more inclined to discuss business over technology, but comfortable with hands on technology, wanting to roll up sleeves.
- Prior experience maintaining business systems - ERP, CRM, Reporting, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
