**Inside Sales Representative - Home Healthcare Services**
Full-Time in Braintree, MA - Intake **About the Role:**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales representative to partner with our Business Development, Intake, and Marketing teams to manage and convert prospective clients from the initial lead to admission.

**Essential Functions:**
* Become an expert on Vitra Healths service offerings and competitive advantages
* Partner with the Business Development team to convert prospective clients
* Perform needed analysis to identify the applicable service offering(s) for each prospective client
* Communicate professionally with prospective clients through various channels including phone, email, chat, text, and mailings with timeliness and consistency
* Initiate the intake process through information gathering phone calls
* Coordinate with team members to ensure a positive experience throughout the intake process through admission
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to promote new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
* Ensure both reporting and communication are frequent and bi-directional
* Other responsibilities may be assigned
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree **required**
* Fluency in English and secondary language preferred
* Prior inside sales experience **preferred**
* Experience utilizing CRM software
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Willingness to tackle new challenges and new ways of doing business
* Must be a goal setter & goal-getter
