Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator at The Precision Line located at 2101 Hwy DD, Moberly, MO. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, performing quality checks on finished products, and troubleshooting equipment issues. You will also ensure that production schedules are met and that all safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role - Prior Printing experience prefered.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
- Must be able to accurately read a ruler, tape measure and perform basic math
- Must be able to identify different types of paper, color, gauge, grain - after training
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Physical requirements:
- Stand continuously.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stooping and pushing
