Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently prospect, respond to RFPs, and collaborate closely with clients and partners to develop, propose, and close programs.
  • Prioritize responsiveness by promptly addressing incoming leads within 24 hours.
  • Craft tailored proposals, contracts, and site inspection materials to meet specific program requests and RFPs.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with local vendors, including activity providers, restaurants, and venues.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our annual sales plan, aligning with revenue projections and company goals.
  • Foster positive, enduring relationships with clients and hotels, serving as the lead sales contact for site inspections.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and effectively communicate the value of additional services.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including pricing, descriptions, and themed events.
  • Leverage your expertise in client relations to cultivate repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses one to three years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibits proficiency in computer skills, including hardware management and software familiarity (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excels in meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accuracy and conscientiousness in all endeavors.
  • Brings a proven track record in negotiation skills to the table.
