Job Opportunity: Customer Support/Account Representative

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $19.17/hour


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide comprehensive and informed responses to inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct accurate data entry across various platforms to maintain records and facilitate processes.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience demonstrating proficiency in customer support/account management roles.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. College Degree: Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
  2. Previous Contact Center Experience in Finance: Prior experience in a finance-related contact center environment.
