Mortgage Loan Officer - Kriya Lending

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in understanding various mortgage products and programs available to them.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Evaluate clients' financial situations, including credit history, income, and debt, to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans.
Provide personalized mortgage solutions and recommendations based on clients' needs and financial goals.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including completing applications, gathering required documentation, and obtaining pre-approval letters.
Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, and loan processors to keep them informed of the status of their loan applications.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the mortgage lending process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience working as a mortgage loan officer or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using mortgage origination software and other relevant tools.
Current mortgage loan originator license in TX required.
