We are seeking a passionate Business Development executive to help us expand our footprint throughout the tri-state area (PA/NJ/DE) and continue delivering exceptional staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the education and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including charter schools, educational facilities, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and/or sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the education and healthcare sectors and their contract staffing needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
