I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in litigation to join their St. Louis office.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
- Handle fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations.
- Communicate with opposing counsel and clients.
- Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Missouri.
- 3+ years of experience in complex litigation matters, ideally gained within a large law firm setting.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
