The Pet Care business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. **Job Summary**

The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the Strategic Accounts Sales Team by focusing on sales documentation, managing departmental requests and project management for several sales activities.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

* Supports a $200M revenue Strategic Accounts sales team that sells our Global Pet Care brands to Food, Drug, Dollar and Mass retailers.

* Drive the Spectrum Brands Mission of *Making Living Better At Home* by delivering on our values of Trust, Accountability and Collaboration to Serve Others.

* Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales and the Brand & Trade Marketing teams, Design Center, Commercial Operations and Legal team.

* With appropriate stakeholders, continue to further develop and maintain the SPB GPC SharePoint Site (e.g. uploading up-to-date files, images, data, events, etc.).

* Compile product information to launch and complete new item setups for customers and brokers.

* Manage Design Center requests and execution of mockups, images, storyboards, POP and advertising.

* Manage sample requests for Sales, Brokers and Customers

* Provide aid in preparation for trade shows by managing the provision of required materials.

* Maintain a portfolio of key updates: Account calendars, POG reset changes, Distribution lists, Logos, etc.

* Assist sales team and cross-functional team members with various ad-hoc projects throughout the organization.

* Manage the flow of New Customer setup forms and Customer Agreements.

**Education and Experience Profile**

*An equivalent combination of:*

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising/Communication

* A minimum of 2 years experience is preferred

* Relevant classroom experience in consumer communication and marketing strategy

**Required Skills**

* Ability to manage multiple tasks; high level of organizational skills

* Strong sense of initiative and creativity

* Teamwork approach to accomplishing goals

* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization

* Solid Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, TEAMS)

**Work Environment**

Working conditions are normal for an office sales environment. This will be a Hybrid role working some days in the office and the remainder working from a dedicated home office.
