We're looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our team in Riverdale, NY!
Seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of property management experience, specifically in rent-stabilized residential properties in NYC. (NO Luxury, NO Section 8)
Must have 5-10 years of experience managing 1000-2000 residential units and a strong grasp of rent stabilization laws and city regulations.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
