Responsibilities-
Security Officers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and friendly environment for Running Aces customers and staff. The position requires regular customer interactions including, regular Guest Service contacts, age verification, First Aid care, dispute intervention and resolution, protective escorts, and incident investigation and report writing. Officers regularly move and handle cash and chips and must do so in a safe manner following specific guidelines.
Job Requirements-
* Must have High School Diploma or GED.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to read/comprehend safety rules and operating procedures.
* Ability to write clear and concise reports.
* Must be able to walk, run and stand for long periods of time.
* Able to work outside and be comfortable around horses.
* Must be First Aid, CPR and AED trained or be able to complete company paid training.
* Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Preferred Qualification-
* Valid driver's license
