Talent Corps is recruiting for a National Contractor looking to add to their Field Leadership team. This position is for a Construction Project Manager who is looking for career growth and stability. We are only looking for candidates who have previously worked as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator in the Mechanical/Plumbing industry. All applicants without Construction industry experience will not be considered.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing budgets, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. They will work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
Ideal candidates would have 5-7 years experience working in a Mechanical or Plumbing company and looking for local candidates in the Nashville area.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Management skills
- Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience in the construction industry a must
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
