General Summary
We are looking for a IT Manager provide IT professional technical services, including user technical support, laboratory equipment assistance, conference systems, network, on premise application and information security daily management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1 Maintenance of user computers and related equipment, handling all software and hardware support, as well as the installation, configuration and maintenance of software and application systems
2 Management of IT assets including purchase, enrollment, distribution, recycling and deconstruction
3 Maintenance of audio and video equipment in the conference room, as well as technical support
4 Supervise all user training, including operations of computers, operating systems, application software, and application systems
5 Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (server room, network, server) and basic application systems including the Active Directory, Outlook, Sharepoint
6 Manage and maintain security systems (CCTV and door access control)
7 Assist in the deployment information security application systems
8 Other duties as assigned
Education Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience 6-10 years of previous management of domestic and international IT systems in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting

1 Excellent communication skills and be able to present complex concepts to an audience of varying expertise
2 Demonstrates strong problem-solving and leadership skill sets
3 Organized, detail-oriented
4 Self-motivated
5 Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and provide high levels leadership
6 Ability work independently as required; plan, organize, schedule and complete work within competing deadlines and priorities
7 Ability to adapt to changes in office technology, equipment, and/or processes
8 Demonstrated consistency and dependability in attendance, quantity and quality of work
9 Proficiency in Mandarin preferred
Physical and Mental Requirements
1 Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
2 Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 50 Lbs
3 Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
4 Verbal communication, listening, understanding, responding, and speaking
5 Limited travel as needed
