My client is now hiring a regulatory reporting program managerCandidate should have PM experience along with Basel or Liquidity knowledgeAbout Our ClientLeading International Bank that is growing in the USThe position is based in the Jersey City office and will have a hybrid work from home modelJob DescriptionWorking across the Change programs with Reg Reporting team, subject matter experts over the regulatory reports, and determining the most effective path working in collaboration with the relevant departments across the organization.In addition, the position should ensure that stringent procedures and internal control framework are in place to support effective change management controls.This position will require close interaction with other finance, risk, data governance and IT teams in the bank.Key initiatives this individual will manage, include:Regulatory Reporting Transformation Program (a multi-year change program)UAT management (an ongoing change management discipline)Responsibilities: Serve as Project Manager for Regulatory Reporting Transformation through the following core disciplines.Planning and GovernanceEnsure alignment of Program approach with the bank's strategyDefine and manage project scope, timelines and deliverables for each project and map out interdependencies across other related projects and functionsEffectively manage the governance model, communications plan, stakeholder managementContinually assess Program and organization structure to achieve changing objectivesOrganize, lead and facilitate workshops with relevant departments in order to seek required program outcomesLead through influencing, navigate multiple stakeholders to gain alignment on key decisions and move projects aheadIdentify opportunities for efficiencies in the implementation approachDefine and maintain Project dashboardThe Successful ApplicantQualifications:**Banking experience and exposure to Regulatory reporting is required**Strong knowledge of Regulatory Reporting at another bankStrong knowledge of Liquidity and/or RWAMinimum of 7+ years relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, PMO roles within financial institutionsStrong experience in process mapping, process engineering or process improvementExpert project management skillset including ability to build and deliver professional presentations to articulate project proposals, results and recommended actions.Excellent organizational skills, with structured approach and capable of managing competing numerous workstreams simultaneously.Knowledge and experience in the preparation of regulatory reports of financial institutions is a big plusStrong knowledge on financial products such derivatives, repo, securities, loans and leasesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of internal control frameworksExcellent interpersonal skillsGood analytical skillsWhat's on OfferAttractive base and bonusExciting workOportunity to work on interesting and important projectsContactCharlotte RooneyQuote job refJN-092###-####435Job summaryFunctionCFO & Financial ManagementSubsectorCFO & Financial Management SubsectorIndustryFinancial ServicesLocationJersey CityContract typePermanentConsultant nameCharlotte RooneyJob referenceJN-092###-####435About Page ExecutivePage Executive are inclusive Recruiters and Hirers, as reflected in our Clear Assured Platinum Standard Accreditation from the Clear Company.
