Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the IT Director in developing and executing IT strategies that align with the organization s goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Technology Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, and software.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and collaborate with various stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
- Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and leading IT projects.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of current IT trends, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and implement IT initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
