The Import Logistics Analyst will be responsible for orchestrating multifaceted shipping processes, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely flow of goods across international borders. Focus:

  • Coordinate multifaceted shipping processes, ensuring time-efficient and compliant international goods movement.
  • Oversee comprehensive shipment management, navigating through various logistical stages within North America.
  • Enforce strict adherence to global and local shipping regulations.
  • Collaborate with external logistics entities, ensuring top-tier and cost-effective logistical services.
  • Ensure meticulous logistics documentation and shipment tracking.
  • Meet specific shipment criteria, coordinating storage and managing additional logistical requirements as needed.
  • Engage in strategic communications with supply chain partners, ensuring streamlined and mutually beneficial logistical operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance entities, ensuring accurate goods classification and understanding potential import tariff implications.


Skill Set:

  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in transportation, supply chain, and/or logistics.
  • HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, or another related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with 2020 International Incoterms.
  • Experience with obtaining and analyzing quotes for freight and customs.
  • Skill in communicating with various stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Proficiency in keeping accurate records and tracking of shipments.
