Bishop & Co. is seeking a Temporary Senior Business Specialist for our Honolulu-based client. This is an approximately 4-month assignment that includes parking.
The Senior Business Specialist is a key go-to for business operations support including:
- and reconciling the budget to ensure accuracy
- the vendor payment process
- and updating progress towards divisional goals
- business process improvements
- and managing tasks for project teams
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is a self-starter who can also be successful in a collaborative setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience + education.
- Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial data.
- Self-directed, highly organized, strong ability to prioritize.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Reside in Hawaii and be available to interview immediately.
- Background working with multiple departments.
Pay: $50/hour.
Assignment Length: Approximately 4 months
