The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a Director of Customer Experience to ensure the customer experience is superior throughout the entire customer life journey. As an agent of change you will play a role in shaping and implementing customer experience strategy along with related technology and methodology. Reporting to the VP of Sales, your role will require a strong background in customer service/inside sales operations along with a passion for creating a consultative and service-oriented culture.
What you will need to be successful:
- History of creating and driving a consultative and service-oriented culture
- Operations experience which will allow you to maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the client s systems and processes as a basis for a continuously innovated customer experience roadmap
- Ability to partner with the management team to align customer service policies and systems with overarching company objectives.
- Experience from the design to the execution all product, policy and competency trainings
- Ability to develop, review and report out of all KPI s related to the customer experience along with strong data analytics experience
- Team builder- attracting, coaching and developing a high performing team
